Accepting Cookies - Banner at bottom of screen
Hi all.
We are still having problems with the grey banner at the bottom of the screen. This is not happening to everyone, but a decent amount are complaining on our forum.
I have searched here for a solution, and the only thing I can find is now "locked" so I have had to start a new thread - sorry !
The old thread was here:-
https://help.forumotion.com/t136562p30-information-collection-practices-cookies
Our site is at http://tinyurl.com/nhzge9p
We are in the UK
Forum URL above
Various browsers, but Chrome seems the worst - however, I am on Chrome and do not have the problem!
As I personally am not getting the problem, I do not have a screen shot - however, it is exactly the same as the other screen shots posted on the original thread.
Hope someone can help as the members are getting a little annoyed with me !
Many thanks
