Registration Screen Will Not Move Past The T & C Screen

As I have to do occasionally . I must register some players that have too much trouble . and cannot seem to complete the registration process .

The latest gentleman to report this and ask my assistance . Reported that when he clicked " AGREE TO TERMS " . The process would not continue to registration .

I told him I would take care of it . I logged out . Clicked registration . Clicked " AGREE TO TERMS " Wait for the next screen to load . It never would load past the

" AGREE TO TERMS " screen .

This is not good . Can you tell me what is wrong please ?

This continues .

So my work around . Replaces the account of an old non existent user . With the info from the new user .

There are several problems with that .

1 being the new user will not get the auto welcome .

Will have the wrong join date

Will have the wrong timezone .

Since I never know when you guys will take one of my inquiries seriously . And actually help me with this registration problem .

I only did this work around to temporarily enter this user .

Hello I have just looked over your forum and you have lots of problems with your site all the codes are messed up to the point that you have profile settings added to your Registration Screen I really Don't know what you have done to your site to make this happen but until this is fixed you will not get any new members as you can't fill in the data asked on any screen.

my advice is to turn off all JavaScripts and the templates then see if the problem goes away.

I am afraid that this is not related to that . There has always been the list of users in the registration screen for all 4 years that I have been there .

On second thought . I have no idea what to look for . Or what any of it does or even what to expect . I have activated your admin account .

the appearance has to do with the black background . And the default colors that are active as defaults for various features . HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT APPEARANCE SINCE i OPENED THE FORUM IN 2013 .

These are issues I have reported here many times . There are some browsers where the username and password blocks are yellow . The same exact color as the text and the dots . I have asked to have those colors changed many times here .

Not being able to change those colors . I have a forum widget explaining to new registrars to be sure and clear / delete both the username and password blocks before they enter their own information . If they do not do this . They will just be adding to the entries already in the blocks . But are invisible without high lighting .
This is only the case with browsers that have the yellow blocks . Some have black block backgrounds . And don't have that issue .

Find : agreement in the templates it should be the first one


Now to test this press the
Force the default templates : YES then save

don't worry this will not loose any settings it will just turn them off so you can make sure it's fixed the problem.

if it looks ok then we need t make a change to some settings for you.

I can only find a prompt that says " VIEW THE DEFAULT TEMPLATE " .

Okay wait . My ACP changed . I can now see " FORCE THE DEFAULT TEMPLATE . " you guys are working in the background . My whole ACP just changed .

If and when I am able to " FORCE THE DEFAULT TEMPLATE "

How do I view anything ? Do I log out and try to register ?

I have never attempted this for fear that I would lose everything .

Okay I forced the default template . Then I logged out . Tried to register . There was one change . the agreement update to this choice .



Then when I clicked AGREE . Nothing happens . The screen remains at the T & C . Does not let me continue to registration .

I know you think that this is something I did . I assure you I did not do anything in my ACP . Since you tried to fix the Christmas decorations and fireworks .

Okay . My bad . It is a 2 ticker . Both need to be checked . It is not 1 for yes and 1 for do not agree .



Like it was this morning .

I was able to log out and register that new member . No problems .

The the registration page is still scattered all over the place . T & C are not visible . But the registration works .

It does not delete anything.  It just turns off your modifications.

its now working.
There is still lots that need doing but yes leave it as set to default but the layout is still not 100% right it looks like you have lots of css file and other codes really messing your forum up.

I can't understand why you have profile items in the registration page.

ok I see the problem. You added other rules to that page and the text is Black and your background is also black thats why the text is not showing. as for the templates there is something wrong there as the problem has gone when you turned them off.

Was a templates problem but now fixed by updating the code to fit in with the new updates.
