change images on left side or right side of forum homepage

Creation Type:I have 3 images on the left side of my homepage that are labeled "events" I cannot seem to edit them in anyway. Is there a tutorial ?

I'm not able to post in the support section .
Says not able to post new topics or reply. 
I'm sure it's a bother to get off the wall requests . It's extremely aggravating for me to find anything out . Nothing personal .

a friend of mine has also signup on the 21 and was also unable to post in support forum .. the tech team might have broke something lol
