Widget Navigation

Could you please help me put these into my widget Navigation and if you could the other navigation bar at the top of the page.

for the widget

<a href="link to the page"><img src="link to image"></a><br />

change "link to page" with the url for the page the image will navigate to

change "link to image" to the url of the image for that link

<br / > make a new line so they appear in a list

I tried to do the rest of the pictures but they wont show up.
