Chat: 3 months?
The chat has been acting up for 3 months now, this is REALLY hurting my forum in all different ways. I asked when was it going to be fixed in the other topic but i got absolutely ignored and not even notified why was it that way.
This problem should have been fixed ages ago. You can't expect a forum to communicate properly with its members without a fully functioning chatbox.
So yea once again, is this issue ever going to be fixed?

Re: Chat: 3 months?
i agree it does need the attention of the tech team. it has been quite long enough they should have had it fixed but unfortunately they have not and noone here has a clue when it will be fixed .. because the tech team tells us nothing .. i can tell you one thing for sure those they are working on it i have noticed small changes in the code here and there .. so my guess is they hit a snag somewhere and that's y its taking them so long to fix it

Hey guys,
Althrough the tech team may not be informing us directly, this sort of thing will take time and things do come up that will take priority. If you wish to get information on this subject, try sending a PM to @Buttercup or a Manager, @Derri, @SLGray, @Base, or Ange Tuteur. One of them may be able to help. Buttercup has direct contact with the technicians so she may be the best bet but contact a Manager first before going to Buttercup.
Hope you understand and I hope this helps!

There is no need to contact us. If there was any news, we would post it.

Re: Chat: 3 months?
I'll ask our Pro Admin tomorrow when she comes on to see if there have been any updates/developments regarding this issue. However the techs have had their hands full with a variety of other issues that out weight chatbox. As you know we've been having a lot of server problems and the techs have been busy these last few months trying to fix them.
