Online guardian - problem with login

Hi, one of the members on my forum can't login.







Last year the same member had the same problem.

Board: emdt.forumsr.com
Username: Sasha

What solution did you get last year when you reported it?

last time the member had wrote here about the problem. i can't find that topic right now, but solution was similar to this: https://help.forumotion.com/t120890-we-have-noticed-suspicious-activity#797101

he sent information to some member of staff and problem was resolved.

try going to acp>general>configuration>

scroll to bottom to Synchronize a user :

put in that users id and click ok

@_Twisted_Mods_, I have done this, but the problem hasn't been solved yet.

ok @Buttercup might have to have a tech look into the account sense it does say contact support ..so i tagged her in the post but she wont be in the office until Monday

Its our Anti-Spam system and providing the following information will mean our Pro Admin will be able to sort this out quicker.
