Help: Sets of Problem here (banned by online guardian and can't create new forum)

Greetings, Forumotion team!

I have a set of problems: Pardon me if I haven't posted in the right section

Firstly, my previously made forum (msdrecords.forumotion.com) has been banned by Online Guardian for the reason I don't clearly know 'cause I've been abiding on the Terms of Service. Is there any chance for them to restore my forum because I have posted important things in it which I need from work? I actually filled up their contestation form but still no action from them.

Or if ever they wont restore my forum, may I know if there is a chance for me to take my posts in there so i could repost it to another forum which I'm about to create?

Another problem is, due to frustration, I want to create another forum but an error message keeps appearing, saying that the email add belongs to an existing account even though I created lots of new addresses just to register but to no luck.

I am sorry but if you forum has been banned by Online Guardian, we can neither restore your forum nor get back topics contents. Your foundation email is now blacklisted, so you've to use an other email to create a forum.

one more thing, I created new email addresses but anytime i create new forums usin it, it says that the email add used belongs to existing account, all new email adds, can you tell me what to do about it?

As Buttercup has already said No your Forum has been banned on our servers by Online Guardian,

Can you please pm me with your New Email address so I can get it looked at by the staff to see if it is used already. it maybe that that Email address is used as a fake account and banned on our servers.

Please can you try again now.
Your Email address was not found in our systems but we found that your IP address was banned along with your old forum address. we have removed the IP address from the ban list and now you should not have a problem with making a new forum.

Just a word of warning make sure you follow all of our Rules and TOS on your new forum or it will be banned again.

What I did was, I reconstructed a forum that I made ages ago, can I use the email add to replace the old email which I used in creating that particular forum because the old email was already inactive and was deleted?

And may I ask how to do it?

If you have a forum and you are using it now just go in to your ACP
ACP (Admin Control Panel) Users and Groups   Users Search users Users list type in your user-name
Change the Email address you want to add and save

Now you will need to log in to your Founders tools Forum Utilities log in and Change that Email address in there to.
