Categories and forums errors

I have there a problem
When i enter in CP Panel and want to enetr to the folder Categories and forms shows me this: See the attachment (picture)

Very interesting, the forums and categories control are a webpage not a file. Have you ever had this problem before? Are you using Chrome?

No no i had no before this problem. I reset browser but this problem not solved even this problem i have in other browsers as well not only in chrome !!!
Yes i am using Chrome

have you installed any kind of downloading software or installed anything else recently

After browser resetin and clearing catches everything is okay now.
