Removing 'View more Emoticons' menu?

Is there a code to remove/hide the 'View more Emoticons' menu entirely? I would like to add a second smiley category that is not accessible.

Thanks! Is it also possible to align the smilies in the center, rather than aligning them to the left? I mean in the menu next to the editor.

I am not entirely sure you can move the smilies/emoticons to the center. If it was/is possible to do so by script it sounds like it would need to be a very complex one. In any case I personally have never seen this done before on any fm forum.
