Not gettin activation email

Why am I not getting notifications of new members? I get all other notifications.

Have you checked your profile settings? If not, go to profile (edit my profile not view profile), look under notifications or preferences and see if you have everything ticked under recieve by email.... if not tick the rest and click save.

Yes, all my emails from the forum go directly to my inbox so there wouldn't be any reason for them to go into my spam.

It's Gmail so there shouldn't bee an issue ? as I said I get all other notifications but not activation emails.

Hmm... have you tried signing out of your gmail and signing back in? I only ask this because I use Gmail and for some strange reason, every so often I will be expecting an email I KNOW WAS sent but yet I did not receive it, not in my inbox, spam box, or any other box. Sometimes signing out then back in helps, other times you just have to wait and the email usually will appear or be delivered a few days later.

Seems like a weird Gmail bug, but it happens. Then again it could be an FM issue or setting issue, but as everything seems fine, I don't know.

Yes as far as i know Gmail is working fine on our system so there looks to be a problem here.

Turn the settings to off and then back on again in your ACP and then see if you get it.

Sometimes this resets the settings on our servers Wink

Where do I find these setting ?

Where you were in the screen shot in your 1st post, 'notify of new member registrations:' none, moderator, admin. Tick none, save, then re-tick Admin and save and see if anything changes.

Glad this fixed your problem if it was to happen again please remember the steps you have done before and try that again. if it don't work then we can take a look at this again. some times the servers get a little slow and just need a refresh by resetting some small settings on your ACP.
