Use a topic as a pseudo database will involve having a group with moderation rights, are you aware of that?

If not in this way, it will be only with PHP...

I dont know how to write the code for pseudo-database, I haven't enough javascript knowledge to develop it. Have you got any sample about this?

@JScript it is very different, I need codes for two widgets furthermore the staff chatbox code have different functions for the messages handling than hashtags widgets. The code which I am needing must be grab the hashtags from the posts and write 'em into pseudo-database. At the past we tried it with _Twisted_Mods_ but the hashtags grabbing wasn't working. I am thinking that kind of development requires very high knowledge of javascipt. The problem is not the permissions we had solved it that at the past.
