Domain Name Error
I purchased 1600 credits for a alternate domain name in which I received an email saying it was reserved successfully. Upon receiving this email, I tested it out with the new domain I had created. However, as of today when I continue to my forum's url, I receive an error where I am redirected to Forumotion indicating that "THE FORUM ---------- DOESN'T EXIST. I have my forum redirected to the forum domain I reserved, but no one is able to continue to the site. Under my admin panel, it does indicate that the domain I had chose is reserved though.
Please help!

Re: Domain Name Error
Thanks for this info. It seems there is a small bug with the domain... I've sent your information to the technicians. I'll let you know.

Apologies for not entering the url and domain as before, Buttercup. My forum url is www.levolutioncollective.forumotion.com and the domain I reserved is www.levolutioncollective.com
This reserved domain was working once before, but now it apparently does not exist.
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: I just checked and it seems to be working as of right now. Hopefully it'll stay working and isn't just a hiccup.

Re: Domain Name Error
Buttercup,
The problem seems to still persist. The URL domain was working correctly yesterday, but again today, it "DOESN'T EXIST" again. Is there any solution to this error?
Thanks,
CBWhet04

Our website www.leisureinformatics.com still not working
but http://leisureinformatics.forumotion.com/ working
we bought credits for www.leisureinformatics.com and it was working properly.
Hope Buttercup will solve the problem. Happy Easter.
