Portal Page Undesirable Link

When the problem appeared : problem occurred since we opened and then it was resolved (or so I thought) but now its returned

Description of problem
I was told how to change so guests cannot post links on our Portal Page. it worked for a few days but now the problem of a link showing under our Forum Header in the last three words of our forum description. Ie. "design awesome tag" is now showing a link. This only shows when I am logged out. I checked the setting in Admin Panel and its set correctly but the problem returned. Any ideas?

Does this occur on all devices? I do not see it when I visited your forum using a PC computer.

I can't get the forum to show on my Ipad so can't answer that but it shows on pc using Google Chrome and using Safari.

Clear your browsers' caches and histories. If that does not work, I would run some scans.

I ran a Malwarebytes scan maybe an hour ago but I'll rerun it once more.

I clear my cache and histories regularly and the scan showed another 5 PUP intrusions that attach to Google Chrome Extensions. : (

Go to Administration Panel > General > Configuration > Text ads activation for guests(underlined) : NO

Thank you Ange. This was done previously as I had this problem before. That setting is set for No. Thanks for your help. I need to do a more thorough hard drive clean. This topic may be closed. xoxo
