How to disallow Moderators or Members to change their topic title

I'm having a hard time finding it,,

I don't know if there is a way to do this... as part of the moderation permissions a moderator of a forum has the ability to edit, delete, lock, modify the title of, move, split, merge and unlock any topic within the forum they have permission(s) to moderate, it is one of those things where it may be needed if deemed nessecary.

If you would not like your moderators to modify topic titles, try letting them know this.
