litigation question

How long will it take for a forum admin to get back to me on this topic? One person has decided to take a simple disliking of one another to a whole new level. I'll save details for now. But I'm curious on the response time.

A forum, inhabited by one man, is taking my Facebook pictures as well as my family's & girlfriend. I have pictures uploaded of my underage niece & nephew. It is ILLEGAL to post pictures of minors not related to you.

He hasn't gone that far yet, but because he's mentally disturbed it's not beyond his capabilities. I don't want to get legal action involved and would to know how long it'll be for an admin to resolve this issue

The team will look at your report and look over the forum if there is no photo's and No proof of them taking your photo's on the site then the team can not do anything.

If you have proof that this forum has took your photo's then you can always send the link and the photo's and a link to where this photo come from to me and then if that need more info you can ask them to contact me as well. under the copyright law no one should take photo's off of a site and use them as there own if they Do not have permission to do so by the owner.

Please also Note that the team get 100's of reports a day about forums some are real reports and some are just some one playing about so it may take time to deal with your problem you have reported to our team. I would ask you to hold on for at least 5 working days from your report made.
