Input in contact field and profilie fields will not save

So I'm also tagging you, @Ange Tuteur, since you wrote the script ^^

I've stumbled across a problem: not being able to change the input of the contact field of issue. For some reason it does not save and the old one remains, the same goes for every account. It CAN be changed by doing it through the administration panel - but I want members to be able to do it on their own (to save some work and trouble in the future).
I've checked the settings and these should not give any problems: it is set that members can change the value of the field.
I do not know whether it's connected to the script or not, though.

Hopefully someone can help me with this!

Does the button appear to edit the field and the green checkmark to save it?

I've never seen a green checkmark before, to be honest.
And I've stated that it doesn't save it.

But I've found out now that nothing is getting saved that I try to change, same goes for the profile fields.

Could you create a test account and send the log in information to me by private message?
