Privacy Violation on a forum provided by "Yetkinforum"
Hello. I've been trying to get help about a privacy violation on a forum that provided by yetkinforum, which leads me here -- because no one on Turkish support replies back, it's like all of the team are dead or something. There is no e-mail, or any contact information. I tried to send massive message to the support section but no, no one seems to see my message or reply back.
I need help about a thread on a forum, about me, claims that I will sue someone. It's not me, and it's always on the top when you search my name on a search engine. Note: I know that person acting like me, because he was also using my username. So it's not just someone else has the same name.
I tried to contact to admin, but nope. It's been years. Help me, we don't need to delete the forum, just the thread that is about me.
I will give the information about forum, and the thread when an moderator or anyone has authority about this. I don't want to show it publicly. Contact me, please, I need help. Thanks.

Hello,
You can file a litigation: https://www.forumotion.com/litigation the litigation team will investigate the report and take whatever action they see fit, whether it be removing the thread or the entire forum.

I hope they have permission on yetkinforum because I don't know who to contact. I'd pay a hacker to find this account's password if I could. Just to delete 1 single thread...brandon_g wrote:Well, if you filed the litigation, then just please be patient, do note that the litigation team recieves hundreds upon thousands of reports. Yetkinforum is part of forumotion right? Did find this support forum through there? If it is part of Forumotion they can do something about it. Just hang in there a little longer.

Could you send me the link to the forum in a pm?

To break the Terms of Service, the topic would have to have personal information, like Social Security, physical address, etc.

Look, I'm not asking you to take down the whole forum. It's always on top of search results and it's effecting my social life, and I'm really obsessed about this. I just want the messages deleted that includes my name. And the forum is been dead for years. Admin doesn't reply. I'm just kindly asking you to take care of it...SLGray wrote:To break the Terms of Service, the topic would have to have personal information, like Social Security, physical address, etc.
Re: Privacy Violation on a forum provided by "Yetkinforum"
Does the topic only have your full name? If that is the case, Forumotion will not get involved.
P.S. I can do a search of my name and see many entries with my name, but it is not me.

There is a link posted in these messages that person posted my other forum profile which is REALLY me.SLGray wrote:Does the topic only have your full name? If that is the case, Forumotion will not get involved.

And the nickname, the one I always use, and he says my dad's work. And I don't think there is another person with the same name and with the same dad or family member. He's profile says that he's living in (*a***s*) which I'll tell you if you ask me in dm.
My name is really unique one and no one has it in our country.

I've contacted the litigation team and you sent your complaint today. Please note, the professional staff is located in France (UTC+2), so we cannot reply during the night.
They told me the problem is now solved.
