page title for topic

Hello, how to make title on browser bar following Site name?
for example:
TOPIC TITLE - SITE NAME TITLE
i already use this code on Overall header and View topic body

Code:

<title>{TOPIC_TITLE} - {SITENAME_TITLE}{PAGE_TITLE}</title>

but doesn't work, if i open topic, on browser bar only showing name of topic title, not following sitename

When you are reading a topic, the forum's link plus the topic title should be there.

For Example This Topic:  https://help.forumotion.com/t143721-page-title-for-topic

i mean, if you hover your mouse on TAB Browser, there only showing topic title, Site name not following, for example this topic, this topic in Tab Browser only showing "page title for topic"
what i want is "page title for topic - Forumotion"
