I want to revive an old forum but forgotten my admin password

Hi,
I made a forum a good few years ago and want to start using it again... it won't let me reset my "admin" password because of the settings.
Can anyone help me out here please?

Well usually only managers can perform password resets, but sure if you pm me the details I can try and look into it and make a request for it to be reset for you.
