How to invite specific user to chat?

Description of problem

When I see that the user is online and I wish to chat with him, how to call him into the chat room?
It would be nice if I could drag his name into the chat room and in this way inform him that I am eagerly waiting to chat.

Yes as Ragnor said, I don't believe this is possible to do with the default options available in the default chat.

Yes, because if he didn't read it, he doesn't know that you're inviting him to the chatbox. Since the chatbox don't have an invite feature that will allow you to invite online users to join the chatbox.
