Problem: Forum Sitemap
My sitemap for my forum is almost empty, even though I have almost 20 forums.
Forum link: http://www.freestyleforums.net/ (hosted with forumotion)
Result:
Is there any fix to this?

Hi Brandon_g,
A sitemap is a file where you can list the web pages of your site to tell Google and other search engines about the organization of your site content. Search engine web crawlers like Googlebot read this file to more intelligently crawl your site.
Sitemaps have links to different sections of your website, for example this page ( https://help.forumotion.com/sitemap.xml )
It is supposed to be built in to each forum by default, but mine doesn't contain any of the links.
Hope this helps

Well yes, but I have experience with these. Compare my sitemap with the help forum sitemap. Also concerning webmaster tools, I am getting the error: "Missing XML tag" as well

Re: Problem: Forum Sitemap
I figured out the problem! Forumotion doesn't automatically update the sitemap with all the sections, forums, and categories. Once a topic is posted in a forum, that is when forumotion adds it to the sitemap! Solved
