Achievements Empty Achievements

I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to add features underneath the avatar. For example: Images of achievements. I have seen this on the a few forums and I was wondering if anyone knows how to explain this in a graphics request? My post might sound complicated because I don't really have the evidence to give, since most of the forums I've seen have completely changed.

Every time you make a post or comment, you would see images of achievements under the avatar.
