forum design help?

ok so I've tried to design my forum but hell I'm horrible in these stuff! I'm getting confused and I'm not strong
with CSS codes at all. so I was thinking if there anyone who can design my forum for me?

Well what are you trying to accomplish? We don't necessarily want to do it for you, because then you will never learn and develop the skills of an admin . We are more then happy to help you through it though.

This is not the forum to request help designing a whole theme, you need to start topics about a specific issue.  If you want someone to design a whole theme, you will need to locate a forum that offers that service.
