Very big Problem with Restore Site option

I tried to restore my page and when it was loading it said maintenance and now my forum is completely ruined. When I go here http://www.unitedhorde.com/?restoration_theme=13 it shows up fine but will not let me restore it.

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

Try this: AP > General > Forum > Configuration
Scroll to the bottom and resyn your forum.

It still says

please retry in a few minutes.

when I reload it, it is all messed up now and I cant get it back. I have worked on this site for years and cant redo it again.

Yeah, I don't know the Email or password I used when I created this forum. Like I said it was in 2010

It shows up only when I try to restore my skin from October 21st, then it never restores it.
