Cannot post threads on forum

On my brother's forum that I'm registered to we're not able to post a thread in any category. Is this a bug problem? Or is this something worse? My brother's forum link is down below. Thank you for your time.

Check the permissions for the forums:
AP > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Press the permissions symbol for each forum and check the advanced permissions link at the bottom of each page.

Since this was marked solved with the solved icon, I am going to go ahead archive this, anymore problems with this issue or if it is not solved, then please just send me a pm with the link to topic and request an unlock.
