7 days to post
I did a search and found a post like mine but its in trash i cant reply so , i have a new member trying to add signature this is the message she get.
I have already looked at security and under Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails: no was already checked. Never had this problem before

Hello,
You said the option to unauthorize persons with less then 7 days is already set to no? Yet the user still gets that message. Try ticking it to yes, saving, then ticking it back to 'no' and saving. See if this helps, sometimes our server doesn't get the memo when you make a change and even though it says it was changed and visibly shows the change in the admin panel, it may not have quite changed serverside. Doing this should make the servers wake up and smell the coffee and save your change servside. If that doesn't work, try re synching the forum (ACP [Admin panel]-->General-->Configuration-->Scroll all the wat down to the bottom where you will re synch the forum) if that doesn't work, try re synching the user, it should be right below or above the option to re synch the forum.
Let us know if any of these steps helped at all.

Also ask the member to clear his/hers browser's cache.
