Question about Credits

Description of problem

This isn't really a problem but more like a question regarding credits. I bought the option to take off advertising for a year on my previous forum, theunforgivingseas.forumotion.com, but because of unseen circumstances I decided to delete the forum and made a new one shortly afterward.

My question is, am I able to continue that deadline where the ads showing expiring be transferred to my new forum or would I have to buy the hiding of ads for a year again on my new forum?

You will need to purchase credits and spend them on removing the ads on your new forum.

So there is no way I could finish the previous purchase on my previous forum onto my new one?

@SLGray above mentioned that there is no possible way to use ur previous credits you need to purchase again to remove adds for 1 year ....

No there is no way to get your credits used on your old forum if you have deleted your old forum.

If your old forum was still on our database then we could have moved any credits used or left to your new forum but as this data is now gone there is no way to get this data back.
