The staff members are the ones who voted in the staff area.

we as staff make a Vote in our Office we then add the Vote up and then what ever Votes we come up with  then give us the winning Votes

The Votes you are talking about is not Votes there likes from the members

You have not explained the rules says simply a form of heart !! And do not think it's fair people of your team to participate and win;) Everything is set and earn your own people and friends!

All Votes are made on thoughts of the Item posted NOT that we are staff or even Friends!!

 I feel so let down that you would think that we would even think like that We cast a Vote on what we Like as a single person and we have no say in what other staff members Vote.

All our Contests are basted on Staff Votes and Sometimes we even ask other staff from other support to Vote just to make it more fair.

Staff work hard to give you the Contest's we have today and the ones that have been and gone and even the ones to come soon.

We never like to see anyone upset that we take part in the Contest but we have a right as a member  to take part as we DO NOT GET A payment for the work we do and it is nice now and then to win some thing to help on our forums..  After all We are just Members like any one of you.

Just with the power to mod the forum.

Hello all,

I just wanted to add one last thing to this to clear things up. After this, all concerns or issues regarding fairness can be sent via pm to a staff member who will be happy to work with you on addressing your concerns.

I just want to say that we cast ALL votes based on what we see in the entry. We don't all just get together and say... Oh yeah... This staff is going to win, thats one is going to win etc. That would not be fair at all. When we vote, we look at each entry and cast our votes based on what we see in the entry and whether we like it and also how well it fits in with contest requirements. We also base all votes based on any contest rules laid out from the start. No where in the contest rules does it state that staff can't participate, if it had we would honor that and not participate but it doesn't so we can.

As for the claim about us all being friends, I would like to point out that we are all (except for Buttercup and The Godfather) volunteers and not paid for what we do. We also do not know each other in person, we work from our homes which can be from anywhere in the world, most, if not all of us have never met in person. Now while we may be friends in some ways over time, we always put our personal beliefs, opinions, friendships and other personal matter aside when we do or duties as staff members.

It is the same way one would have to do it when they are working at a paid job, when on the job you got to put all personal differences and beliefs aside so that you can perform your duty. It is the same way here.

We judge fairly and equally and we hope that you guys will think we do as well. After all, each and every of us started out as regular forum members and in ways we are still just members, we are just members with moderative powers and duties.

I hope this can help clear up any concerns you may have as to the fairness of our judging.

Now from this point on, please only bring up any concerns or you may have in regards to the fairness of our judging to any staff member via pm, if you want you can even send me your pm, as I have no problem discussing with anybody any issues or concerns they may have, I am a fair and stright forward person and team member, I wouldn't have it any other way, if you don't believe me, you can ask any user on any forum that I am a staff on, they will tell you the same. That said if you have any issues or concerns regarding this or anything else, feel free to send me a pm anytime, when I get on I will read it, reply to it and begin to address your concerns or issues. If you don't want to pm any of us volunteers about any concerns or issues you may have on this, that is fine too, your.more then welcome to pm our supervisor Buttercup about it, but just know it might take awhile to get a response as she is a very busy person.

Well I hope this can help ease anybody's concerns or issues in regards to our fairness in judging, once more if you still have any concerns or issues regarding this, please do address them with any member of staff via pm. Congratulations once more to the winners as well as to EVERYONE who submitted an entry, you all submitted great entries and it was incredibly hard to choose.
