[Help] Username Tags

Hello. I have recently added in the feature for the username tags, but it doesnt work. I went into the ACP, hit General tab, and went into Messages & Email configuration. Yet, despite having added in the 'All Members' option, it does not work. Is there something besides doing the above that I need to do in order for it to function properly?

Did you activate it using the radio button.

I write in the '@' and person's username after in a post. Yet, there is no auto affects that happen on the username. So, even if a hover over it, it doesn't tag the person.

What is the username you are trying to tag, note that if the person has a space you will need to add quotation marks around the name.
