My once good forum is now showing up as a phishing site

Today I checked the link on my forum and found out that they are showing up as phishing. I began to check each link and found the real phishing forum that is pointing to my website. Here is the phishing forum http://mosiah.userboard.net/ they created it in 2012 and copied some of my categories and the links on my website, then they point it back to my real site that is why my site that is not a phishing website, is showing up as such. They have managed to get rid of a significant amount of good links that I use to have pointing to my site. Can someone help me to solve this?

I did go on your site and make a report to Google but as your the founder of the forum you will have to do it aswell
