Description of problem

I was notified by a member she could not access the forum. I attempted to access the forum myself without success. My domain name and 1 year of member/guest ads-free were paid for March 2, 2016. Can someone look into this for me, please?

I have reported the issue. Since it is the weekend, the pro staff will not see it until Monday.

A member gave me the original name of the forum: Flowers From Our Heart. I got into the forum and went to the admin panel. This is when I realized I'd purchased the credits back on March 2, but neglected to SPEND them. I was given a 5 day grace period, so I have spent the credits and all should be okay in a few hours. Thank you, and I'm sorry to have brought this to the table. Hello
