New Users not showing up on forum

I get an email, stating new user has registered on my forum.
Go to forum and there is no new user registered or shows in memberlist nor Who is online?

Could use some help with this problem.

Hello,

The user probably needs to be activated in the admin panel.


May you please go into your admin panel and check in Users & Groups-->Inactive users-->New users and see if there are any users in there. If there are, just tick the boxes next to their names and click 'Activate'.

Their accounts should then be activated and they should appear on the member list.
