In progress Code for time spent in the forum does not work well

I use this code from the link I gave. The time spent in the forum is only displayed on my profile. Other users do not display the time spent in the forum. How to fix the problem?

The code creates two profile fields.  Do you see two new profile fields in the administration panel?

AP > Users & Groups > Users > Profiles

I see 2 new profile. What should I do to fix the problem and see all users the time in their profiles?
