Solved Email Redirect Error

Hello, I'm trying to create an email address for my administrators (not myself), however it will not recognize the email address due to an error. I have tried variations on Length, Name and still have trouble. Other names giving me trouble are "Diana", and "Admin_Luna".

Yes, I have a user admin named "Luna", but not AdminLuna which it won't allow either.

Edit: nvm, it doesn't allow "Luna" but it allowed "luna" - I thought I checked the lower case version but apparently not.
