Hello,
Are you sure your forum has not been created? Try to go on the url you wanted to for your forum to see if it's not there?

Hi,
I've tried searching the forums for a solution but didn't find any, when i try to create a new forum it says sorry this email is already used or something like that and i am sure i haven't created any forums with the email, i even created new e-mails and got the same problem while trying to create a new forum using any of the available types (Invision, phpbb2, etc..)

Hello,
Can you try to see if by capitalising some characters of the email the system lets you create a new forum?
For example, if you own the email youremail@gmail.com try to type in the field : YOuremaiL@gmail.com

Re: {Only Topic} Sorry, it looks like (You Email) belongs to an existing account.
I got something you could try
Send me the Email address and the URL you want to make as a forum and i will try it for you.
if it works i will send you a PM with the Password and you can change it to what ever you wish.
if this still don't work then we will have to have some one from the head office take a look at this for you.

Hello
It means that you've already created another forum with the e-mail you're trying to use.
Nothing can be done in this case unless you erase the previous forum or change the e-mail in mentioned forum.
If you want to know how to recover the link of your forum and the password check this:

Hello,
Have you checked your email, including your spam/junk mail folders to see if the activation email arrived?
Do these 2 topics sound like your issue as well: https://help.forumotion.com/t147153-hi-new-forum-setup-problem , https://help.forumotion.com/t147191-sorry-it-looks-like-you-email-belongs-to-an-existing-account ?
If so and you didnt recieve the activation e-mail, may you send a pm with the email address you used to SLGray like the others did so that he can look and see if the email is connected to a forum or not. If it is not, he can and will pass the information on to who needs it.
