Description of problem

I started another website awhile back to try and learn some things . I go back to it now and then . But admittedly not much activity . I recently returned there to do some work and found that everything had disappeared . The entire theme . Strangely I cannot seem to find a screenshot of it nor any sign of them in AP .

How do I restore my theme .

Well I tried the restore feature in the utilities . I got nothing , Everything is missing . I guess I could pick another theme . No I want to find the one I had . Here is the banner
