Solved Problem with founder password !

I have a problem with my forum ! I lost the password and i tried every method you gived me and even if i change the pass from forum utilities for me it didnt work it says you entered a invalid password or your account is inactive and i desactivated the DISALLOW TO SEND A NEW PASSWORD TO ADMINISTRATORS AND MODERATORS and gived me a password in my mail and the pass didnt worked LOL

If you can help me ?
