Solved HOW I CAN MAKE THE VISITORS CAN SEE THE LINKS?

hi friend,

I have another problem, After i make a post,only the members can click the link, the Visitors can not open the link.

How i can make the Visitors can click the links?

Where i can change that?

There was no need to use all caps for the topic title.  Please do not use all caps.

Do guests see the links?

I don't understand for "There was no need to use all caps for the topic title.  Please do not use all caps."

The memebers can see the link and can open it,but the guests can not click,because it is text format.
