Difficulties Starting A New Website With Another e-mail...

Our staff runs the forumotion hosted video games press website WiiWareWave which specializes in Nintendo-related news and reviews, but our staff wants to branch out and create PlaystationWave a sister website that'll focus on Sony-related news and reviews, but everytime one of our staff members try to create the website they receive the message that their email is already in use or something along those lines which isn't true as they don't have a forumotion website of their own right now, in-fact I tried with an alternate email and experienced the same issue. We really want to branch out to increase our fanbase and as one of the more active communities on forumotion it'd be mutually beneficial for all parties involved if the problem gets solved ASAP.

What is the ending of the email address they are trying to use to create the forum (I.e @yahoo.com , @gmail.com , @hotmail.com , etc)?

Note: I only need the end part, I do not need the first part of the email address or the full email address.
