Description of problem

Hello,

I currently own "gamingdaily.forumotion.com". It has a CNAME directing to it, "http://forum.sherwoodgaming.com/" and I no longer have access to the domain "sherwoodgaming.com"

If there is any way to revert the changes, that would be helpful. Thanks

Hello,

Have you tried removing the domain name (the one you dont have access to anymore) in ACP (admin panel)-->General-->Forum URL-->Custom Domain name-->In the field where the url is, remove the text and save ; to see if it helps stop the re direction?

Have you tried through the forum utilities: https://www.forumotion.com/utils ? You should be able to do it through direct connection in the utilities, if your the founder. Smile
