Hello,
You have to validate your domain email address. Normaly you had received a email to the domain email address when you've bought it, you have to click on the link provided otherwise you will lost your domain name.

This is the only e-mail I received after I activated my domain:
Hello,
Your reservation for the domain name newsfixboard.com has been successfully done.
Your forum will be available at these two addresses : http://newsfix.niceboard.com and http://www.newsfixboard.com
This new address will be available within the next hours.
To optimize your SEO on the new domain name, we recommend that you force the redirection in your Admin panel > > General > > Forum address > > Personalized domain name.

it's a little strange its only just got to you it should be there in 24 to 48 hrs after your get your domain name @Leviosa i think this needs to be looked at as it's taken way to long to get to the member.
@Ben Reilly dose the Email have a Email address linked to it ?
if yes can you post it here to make sure its a real Email from us and not a fake.

It originated from "noreply@forumactif.com"

I have sent the mail. I can guarantee you. It is a reminder, the validation mail was sent on times but he has ignored it.
EDIT : very sorry for my broken English. But this is legit. You need to activate your email address if you want to keep your domain name.

Can I get instructions on how to activate my e-mail, or whatever it is I have to do? I am a paying customer, after all, and I cannot find the activation e-mail other than the one I've already C&Ped.
Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
I told you. You have the email address in the mail with the ****. It's only a link to click on. You must have received a mail on your domain email address, there's a link inside just click on it.
You have to connect with your domain email address.

I am quite sorry but I no longer have that e-mail, if I ever did receive it in the first place. The e-mail I received this morning only contains a link back to the homepage of my forum, as shown in the screenshot. That's the only "link to click on."
If you could re-send the activation e-mail, I will very happily stop annoying you with my problems. I'd just like to keep the domain name that I paid for.
Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
Also, I never delete e-mails and the only e-mail I've ever received from "forumactif.com" was this morning.
Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
The activation email is in the mail in the domain address mail only. Now I'll see what I can do...

Got an email from GoDaddy this morning in French. Only one link in it, again to the front page of my forum.
Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
Since this is about domain names and emails, I will move this to the correct section.

Did you read the message that appears when you try to load your forum? There is a number to call for customer support. It looks like an issue with GoDaddy.sassy1261 wrote:Was this ever fixed, because Newsfix forum has disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
Hello,
The email hasn't been validated according to godaddy, so here's we are just going to change the email address to one of ours as you don't seem to have access to yours. And it should work again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
Could you change it to an e-mail address that I supply?
Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
You will have to PM Leviosa with the Email address you want to change it to
I think your Email address on your forum will have to be changed to the new one as well but not 100% sure thou.

Re: Cryptic e-mail suggests "service disruption," tells me to take unspecified action as soon as possible
No we won't change it anymore, it causes too much trouble to change it by the user email address (obviously) so we will stick to our email address.

And just as soon as I say that, I see this on my site now:
The domain newsfixboard.com is no longer parked by GoDaddy.
Let me tell you, this is FUN.
