In progress Admin account inactive

Im the only Admin on the forum i created (affordable flying) when i try to log in it tells me my username is inactive and or my password invalid. I cant reset my password because i checked the box to not send new passwords to the admin. How do i resolve this? My forum has been spammed up and i need to tidy up.
