Is it possible only the owner of topic can post message, lock to other members ?

In other words, we can hide post reply button to other members except the owner of topic

The only way would be to create a group for one member and set the permission for a forum where that member can be the only one to post.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.
