Bulletsight skin by profezzional
I have been searching everywhere to find this skin to use on my phpbb forum. I created a free forum on here using the skin and it looks great. Please can someone help me find either the designer or where I could buy or download this skin to use on my forum. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My free forum is http://velocity-forex-forum.the-talk.net/
Is it possible to export this whole layout to use on my phpbb site?

Did you search http://en.hitskin.com/ ?
http://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/theme-bulletsight
Themes on Hitskins are not for sale or download.
You will have to manually add the CSS, images, etc. to your non-Forumotion forum.

Well this is awkward
@Dylan Robson Sorry I'm so late to the party. I had completely forgotten about that forum; the project it was for fell through not long after we made it.
Anyway, as far as the forum theme itself, it says in the config that the theme version is "phpBB3 (prosilver)". I don't remember how it got the shiny parts on there, and I didn't modify the CSS or anything else on the skin itself, I don't think, since that was before I got into web programming, and I guess I put it on Hitskin, as @SLGray found.
If you're looking for the background image, here it is; use it wherever you want. The resolution is a little low, but I've long since lost the original image or .xcf file.
In case you're curious, this was the original image I used (I think I had that particular image in mind at the time, since I had seen it before); I'm pretty sure I just googled something like "blue abstract wallpaper". I just colorized it in Gimp to the teal color and filled a pointy-shaped with an orange-to-transparent gradient (I probably had to use a mask for that) and copied and pasted to put the orange lines on there.
Also, here is the logo, in case you want it for reference. This is the font I used; I followed a tutorial somewhere to make the metallic effect, then played around a bit to get it to look like you see there. The bullet and blurry trail was another thing I got from google, through I messed with it a bit to make the trail longer. Same thing for the smoke; I colorized it orange and just threw it on top at the end.
I'm a programmer, not an artist or graphic designer, but I'm fairly decent with image editing haha. If you want more info about how I did it, let me know.
