incorrectly input element is not correctly
good morning,attempts to connect to my forums, but when I put the data passes the message to be incorrect, it become to each member of yesterday afternoon, the forum yesterday was stuck so I resynchronization to all members but still passes error that this is not category (public debate) so I disconnect and spend error.I did and reset password,but mail says wrong although it is correct. Please help

yes happens to each member of my knowledge test with another member who made now and again He looked incorrect data

We said in the message to reset your password to the founder tools, but the problem persists

Wait a minute! Are you the founder of the forum? Also can you log into the forum using the founder account?

We can not reset your members' passwords. We only can reset the password for the founder. Have to contacted your members on social media to see if they are all effected?

the member inform me by pm that he wants you to resyn the password utilities with the forum password to check if that will work .
