I lost a forum to onlineguardian.com over its content, and at least, my pleas since over two years now will show how sorry I am, upon I wasn't its poster yet, forumotion staff have turn deaf ear to my pleas even upon I have been contesting an unbanment. Be in my shoes and take it as if it were you.

Hello,
If your forum was banned by onlineguardian, then it means your forum broke our terms of service. When a forum is banned, the owner has a chance to appeal the ban. If you don't hear back from them within a month or two, your appeal was denied and your forum will stay banned. There is nothing we can do about this. The forum is banned, thats it, it will likely remain so forever as well. You are more then welcome to create a new forum though as long as you keep it in compliance with our terms of service.
Sorry,
-Brandon

Your forum was banned for breaking the rules and TOS you as a founder are meant to read the rules and keep to our TOS your forum was banned for a Big rule break and this was why your forum was deleted right away with no warning.
If you stuck to our TOS and rules then your site would have been safe.
there is nothing you can do about this now over then move on.
