Description of problem

Hello!

I am the founder of my forum and have access to the founder admin panel. I am trying to delete my forum but I am not getting the confirmation email. I linked the account to my old email address which I no longer use and has been deleted.

I have updated the admin/founder email via the founder page to my current email but still have no confirmation. I just want my forum deleted as it has been inactive for about 5 years.

How do I go about this?

Check to make sure that Forumotion is not being blocked by your email provider.

Are you sure you didn't delete it? Cause it shows it doesn't exist when clicking the URL link you provided.
