Banner apperer completely different on mobile devices.

Description of problem

Hello. I wondering if someone can help.
I am new to this forum coding and admin side of things and for some reason a top banner I have uploaded does not show on mobiles but instead shows a completely different image. What would be causing this? Thanks.

Please view www.thedsrl.com on mobile and pc as i cant actually upload a screenshot for some reason.
