Loosing connection with custom domain name?

Hello,
So I have a problem with my forum - I'm trying to use a custom subdomain for my forum. I've set up the CNAME record in the panel of my domain, than add it to the "Personalized domain name", but after some time the record in forumotion tab is disappearing. If i try to open it from my custom domain it's showing that the forum is not existing? (so i guess it's still connected with your server)

I guess you have some kind of logs, so I would be thankful if you can tell me what's going on..
My forum is http://naruto-hit.darkbb.com
My custom (sub)domain is http://forum.animes-portal.info (which is currently working, but it's because I re-entered the domain in your panel)

Boosting the post up, my domain is once again removed from the forumotion CP!!! What's going on?

you had a problem in your forum database because of your old domain name http://naruto-bg.net

all is ok now and the CNAME is working > http://forum.animes-portal.info
