Quick Reply Font Color

I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT SCRIPTING. So you'll have to explain the methods as effeciently as possible.

The issue that I'm having is that the font color in the quick reply box shows up as dark grey meanwhile it is white everywhere else. How do I change the color to white?
